The servers for the Nintendo Switch version of Snooker 19 have now been migrated to a new online service.
Snooker 19’s online game modes are now back up and running on this platform.

⚠ PS4 & Nintendo Switch - Server Downtime
1st November 2022
From 01/11/2022, online play for the PS4 & Nintendo Switch versions of Snooker 19 will be unavailable due to major server work.
During this time, all online features of the game will be unavailable. Snooker 19’s offline features and game modes will be unaffected.
We are currently in the process of transitioning Snooker 19’s online features to a new service. All efforts will be made to resume online play on these platforms as soon as possible.
⚠ Steam - Server Maintenance Underway
12th October 2022
From 11 am - 3 pm BST on 12/10/2022, the servers for the Steam version of Snooker 19 will be migrated to a new service.
During this time, disruption to the online features of the game is likely. Snooker 19’s offline features and game modes will be unaffected.
⚠ Ongoing Server Maintenance
30th September 2022 - 30th October 2022
Major server work is ongoing and will run until 30th October 2022. Downtime and disruption for Snooker 19’s online features is expected during this time.
This work is required as Amazon’s GameSparks was shut down on 30th September 2022. This is the service that provided all of Snooker 19’s online features.
To replace this, we are currently transitioning Snooker 19’s online features to a new service, which requires major server work. All efforts will be made to limit the downtime and disruption to online play and complete this work quickly and diligently.
This only affects online play: All of Snooker 19’s offline features and game modes will be available throughout the server migration process.
